The foundations of the machinery production in Stará Turá were laid by the industrialist František Michera in 1935. Our company continues this tradition of precision engineering until today. Chirana and Chirana Medical strive on being an environmentally friendly companies. The main fundamentals of CHIRANA Holding is to maintain a high quality and long operating life of our products, with minimum maintenance costs. The basic prerequisite for maintaining the quality of our products is, in addition to the tradition of manufacturing dental units since 1967, breathing and anesthesia devices since 1968, especially our own production facility on 12,000 m2, our own R&D, modern CNC machines, robotic machinery technologies, quality system according to EN ISO 13485: 2016, application of exclusively proven quality components from renowned suppliers and above all a stable team of our almost 300 highly qualified experienced employees in Stara Tura.

Company history
The companies CHIRANA Medical and CHIRANA Stará Turá together form the group of companies CHIRANA Holding Stara Tura. The CHIRANA Holding was established as a project of preserving and further development and production of medical and dental devices CHIRANA in Stará Turá.
The CHIRANA Holding has continued the tradition of R&D, production and sales of dental, medical & intensive care products and precise machinery production, which started in 1935. Dental units and chairs
The great success of the SMILE line of dental units is followed by the currently produced new generation of dental units CHIRANA Cheese, which is characterized by modularity and its complexity as well. In addition to our traditional concept of dental units carried by an armchair, there is launched also a new model of a stationary unit that carries an armchair – Lift concept. Very popular is also our newest model of the universal unit UNI, in which the doctor’s table is mounted on a rotating pantographic arm directly behind the chair.
For our dental units, a modular concept is used, which allows the customers to select product features exactly according to their specific requirements from a basic unit, up to the most advanced equipment. Products are not mass produced but manufactured per customer order. Nonetheless, the company is able to meet customer requirements within a very short time.
